Barrage: Conjure Flame vs Frost vs Lightning
Is there any benefit to taking on Conjure over the other?

I believe they all have the same range of damages, so other than being activated with different elemental weapons there is no difference.

corect me if im wrong but lightning has more armor penetration then fire, so with same numbers you actually do more dmg.

Air Magic hase more armor penetrating skills that the other Elementalist lines, lightning damage itself has no armor penetration.

If it's for PvE run whatever the weakness is for the monsters you'll be fighting. In PvP (not that you'd likely be running conjure+barrage in PvP) run the least popular magic, so either fire or frost, since air magic is quite common (and if anyone has element specific defense, it's likely vs lightning.)

Also keep in mind there's a new skill in factions. Conflagration. (not greater conflag). It's non-elite and changes all arrow damage to fire. So it's another way to make use of a non-fire string while still gaining the effects of conjure.

either what the poster above said, or frost magic as no one wears frost resistent armor these days...
In PVE, take into account the opponent,
Skeletons = Fire Damage Bonus
Titans = Water Damage Bonus
Idk what lightning is good against XD
But think about that too (would require multiple bows though)

Judges insight is a way better spike then the conjure line. I used that along with the normal Spike build in Random once and I was raping spellcasters. Save the bowstring mod slot for something more usefull.
